Yes. Many parents book a few weeks before starting so that they know what to do. The doctor will advise on timing for your baby.

Yes. Use the Manage my booking link in your confirmation. A cancellation inside the allowed time gets a 100% refund; a reschedule keeps your payment for the new time. The cancellation and refund policy has the details.
No. For breathing difficulty, a seizure, unresponsiveness, dehydration, a serious injury or any rapidly worsening illness, go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
