Online medical consultation
Video consultations with Dr. Pranali Gandhi and Dr. Nidhi Chauhan about your child's health: general concerns, growth, vaccination, report reviews and second opinions. The doctor may advise an in-person visit if an examination is needed.
Not for emergencies. If your child has severe or rapidly worsening symptoms — such as difficulty breathing, a seizure, unresponsiveness, bluish lips or signs of dehydration — seek emergency medical care immediately.
Looking for help with feeding, sleep routines, behaviour or everyday parenting? Those are online guidance sessions.

Yes. Use the Manage my booking link shown after you book. A cancellation inside the allowed time gets a 100% refund; a reschedule keeps your payment for the new time. The cancellation and refund policy has the details.
