Information we collect

When you send an appointment request we collect only what is needed to arrange the visit:

• Parent's name, phone number and, if you provide it, email address
• Child's name and age
• Preferred branch, date and time, and the general reason for the visit
• Any message you choose to add

We ask you not to include detailed medical history in the form. Clinical information is discussed with the doctor at the visit.

How we use it

• To contact you and confirm, change or cancel an appointment
• To respond to your enquiry

We do not sell personal information and we do not use appointment details for advertising.

Online consultations

When you book an online consultation we also collect your email address, country, preferred language, time zone and the short description of your concern. This information is shared with the services that make the booking work: Cal.com (scheduling and the video link) and Razorpay (payment). The short description of your concern is also sent to Google's Gemini AI service, only to suggest a suitable consultation topic; please do not include names or detailed medical history in it. We do not receive or store your card details. Reports and prescriptions are shared with the hospital over WhatsApp, not uploaded to this website; WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to those messages.

Children's information

Information about a child is collected only from a parent or guardian, and only for the purpose of arranging that child's care.

Analytics and cookies

If analytics is enabled, this website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and how often the call and booking buttons are used. These tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

Third-party services

Maps on this site are provided by Google Maps. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Retention and security

Appointment requests are kept only as long as needed to arrange and follow up the visit, and access is limited to hospital staff who need it.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have submitted through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to growchildrenhospital@gmail.com.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
