Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rescheduling

You can reschedule an online consultation up to 4 hours before the appointment time, at no charge, using the link in your confirmation email or by calling +91-9099965959.

Cancellation by you

• Cancelled 4 hours or more before the appointment: full refund.
• Cancelled less than 4 hours before, or if you do not join: no refund. You may request one reschedule at the hospital's discretion.

Cancellation by the hospital

If the doctor is unable to take your consultation, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund.

If the doctor advises an in-person visit

Some concerns cannot be assessed fully online. If the doctor advises an in-person examination, the online consultation fee is not refunded, as the consultation has taken place.

Technical problems

If the consultation could not take place because of a technical problem on the hospital's side, it will be rescheduled or refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the amount.
