Guidance only. These sessions provide guidance on parenting, feeding, nutrition, sleep and everyday routines. They do not include medicine prescriptions or emergency care. If your concern requires examination, diagnosis or medical treatment, the doctor will recommend an appropriate medical consultation.
Not for emergencies. If your child has severe or rapidly worsening symptoms — such as difficulty breathing, a seizure, unresponsiveness, bluish lips or signs of dehydration — seek emergency medical care immediately.

Caring for children is all we do. Our pediatricians look after newborns, children and adolescents at GROW Children Hospital every day, and bring the same experience to online guidance sessions in Gujarati, Hindi or English.

Yes. Use the Manage my booking link in your confirmation. A cancellation inside the allowed time gets a 100% refund; a reschedule keeps your payment for the new time. The cancellation and refund policy has the details.
No. For breathing difficulty, a seizure, unresponsiveness, dehydration, a serious injury or any rapidly worsening illness, go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
